HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group June 17th
Good day!
Not feeling very inspired over here today, unfortunately.
A lot of training and seminars happening this week. I will be happy for Friday. Today features "Boundaries and Assertive Communication". I hope it is interesting and useful.
I am taking a rest day, and that means I walked to work. Gentler exercise is still fine. I slept much better last night, but I can feel that I need one more night of good sleep before my body is really ready to go. I did wake up in a sweat, so I might be moving downstairs tonight,
Are people paying attention to the World Cup? I have friends all over NA who have tickets to games. In 2015 I went with some gals to a women's World Cup game in Vancouver and watched Canada play. It was really fun. Last night I listened to the France - Senegal game last night since they did not show it on free TV. I also found a simulation of the game, which was really funny to watch. It was pretty accurate but a few seconds behind. Crazy what they can do.
That is kinda it from me. Leftovers for dinner, reading, and maybe baking something for my husband to take to his parents with him tomorrow. I like to make treats for my father-in-law. Something with bananas, as they collected quite quickly in the freezer.
What is everyone up to today? We are all welcome here!
