I'm looking for some workout recommendations/inspo. I currently have an injured foot/toe and can't put any weight on it or jostle it around too much. I'll go absolutely nuts of I don't work out though.
Playing around with the FB filters, I was able to find a lot of seated or on-the-floor workouts. That's a lot to sift through, though. Which brings me to my question/request...
For any of you fellow Blenders who have had a foot or toe injury in the past, what were your FAVORITE Fitness Blender workouts to do while you were injured? Not just workouts that were accessible at the time, but the ones that made you feel like, "Yeah! I got in a good workout and feel really accomplished!"? Any body focus is fine (upper, total, core, injury-friendly lower). I predominantly do pilates and yoga routines, but a lot of those routines include moves that require you to go onto your toes. I'm pretty much game to try any type of workout though. (Maybe this will even get me to try something outside the box 😆) I also have FB+, so all of the workouts are available to me.
