Guess what.. it's Monday again plus we're already halfway through June. Time flies when you're having fun right?

So, how about some workout talk? Who's moving their body today? Who's skipping a day and has a rest day? Whatever it'll be or has been, you're a champ! I've started Erica's newest 5 day challenge with some TB pilates that is a lot sneakier than it looks, especially if you use some weights like she suggests.

Today's about the only day this week that it's gonna be calm so I'll be taking advantage of it and go for aother nice long walk with the dogs this afternoon. I should get myself such a step counting thing, I'm sure I'm getting some serious mileage in these days..😆

Anything we need to talk about? Ah yes, food! What's on the menu over at yours? I've got 2 choices: rice with chicken & curry, or pasta. I'll see what I fancy later on.
