Hello, blenderz, and Happy Thursday! Today's title image comes courtesy of me having watched "The secret agent" recently and becoming fascinated with the actress Tânia Maria.

If she can become a movie star after acting for the first time ever in her 70s, I think anyone can do anything. And I do recommend the film. Incredible breath of fresh air from a writing, structure and acting perspective. I may or may not have a huge crush on Wagner Moura. We're planning a deep dive into Brazilian cinema.

In other news, I have one more day of Flex and then I'll start Strong&Fast. I've also been fiber maxing lately (to borrow a term from Clavicular) and it's incredible how much the food noise has dropped. I know people talk about this with Ozempic but I wanted to say there's an easier solution that might work for anyone struggling with this.
I'm also 2/3rds of the way through Les Mis. I should be reaching the sewers dissertation soon. Fingers crossed i make it.
