Daily Check-in ANG: Thursday, June 11th

Hidy-ho, folks!

Have I got a silly story for you that you are more than welcome to skip: I’ve discovered reason #523 to workout with Fitness Blender! You see, when you enter my house, you are actually entering the upstairs, as I have a finished basement. To get to the basement, you have to through the laundry room. Sometimes the washing machine goes off balance, and if the door to the laundry room is shut, then the washing machine blocks it and you are stuck upstairs…unless you workout with Fitness Blender! I went to the side yard and dropped a stool over the locked gate, hoping it would land on its feet and I could climb over the gate and stand on the stool to lower myself down, go down the side steps and through a sliding glass door into the basement in order to go upstairs to the laundry room, move the washing machine, and unblock the laundry room door. Well, the stool tipped over, so I balanced myself on that teeny tiny edge of the wooden gate, supported myself with my upper body (thanks, FB trainers!), and carefully lowered myself down. (See pics) Talk about functional fitness! 👏🏽💪🏽
