Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, June 10th

Happy Wednesday! I have a meme *and* a question (totally skippable): when someone greets you and asks, “How are you?” do you usually say “fine” and move on, or do you say how you *actually* are? For the most part, I say how I really am, and if it’s less than stellar, I try to put a humorous or positive spin on it. If it’s autumn, then my answer is always “Stressed, blessed, and pumpkin-spice obsessed.” 😬🙄😆

Enough of this tomfoolery.

What workouts are you doing today? Swimming in a cold lake-sea thingy like Lea? Maybe a cycle ride or a walk? I’ve got UB strength with Patrice today:
