Hey there all of lovelies again. I have a confession to make… I never bothered with that last workout of Nicole’s Express challenge, in fact I didn’t do a workout at all yesterday. I just couldn’t face it! So today has to be a different matter, right, can’t have me slacking off. On the other hand, why not? I will try and get a short “last” workout in, but not the Nicole one with the (much hated by me) EMOMS in it. Then I can call it challenge complete… Today the weather should be good enough to go for walk, still no seaswim though, too many “white horses”. I can’t remember if I have ever shown you the above: a photo of a page in the book The Sand Horse by Ann Turnbull and my favourite illustrator Michael Foreman. If I did: apologies and ignore the next bit. The drawing shows the “white horses” that I’m always on about. Which makes me think of my question: do you have regular sayings that you are not sure whether other people will understand them? Grandmoppie the elder knows about “white horses” (or rather “witte paarden” in Dutch). But I’m sure people will think I’m mad when I get all exited by the “white horses” when there isn’t a horse in sight! Jeepers, Lea, STOP the ramble! Business!!!
Workouts: 🤔🤔🤔❓❓❓ So please inspire me. Maybe walk, bike? Possibly even FB? What is it for you today?
Well, as far as food goes I usually say the above, but… not tonight! We are going to a friend’s house for board games. So I’m not cooking. I’m taking a (store bought) treacle tart for dessert. And we are cycling there, so 🍷will be part of the meal, for sure.
