Hey there Blenderpeople, how’s it going with you? Me as your 👻 for the weekend, so let’s get on with things.

Workouts: last day of Nicole’s Express Challenge, about the only challenge I managed to do in the short time it takes! I loved it, I love Nicole and her very clear cues, her calm voice and her setup of these workouts. Fully recommend it. For the rest of today: cleaning our apartment, as the weather looks pretty awful! What about your day today? Are you doing challenges/programmes/other activities/restfulness? Anything goes, right?! As long as you are happy with it.

Food: no linking sentence here, but straight into this topic. Easy for me today, no thinking required as hubs is cooking! We have a friend coming over who has just been made redundant, in need of a chat, so 🍷 will definitely be part of it and something nice and sweet for dessert, methinks! So tell me about your food plans or non-plans.

Photo: 🤔🤔 how flexible does one have to be to get your food there? And no, nobody else did it. Grandmoppie the younger managed to put the hummus there all by himself! Quite a feat right?! Which brings me to a question: are you flexible enough to put your foot behind your head? I used to be but “little old ladyness” has caught up with me. I tried on the beach yesterday during Roamblender… and had a good laugh, no, not happening anymore! How flexible are you? What is a favourite yoga pose for you. Mine is: half pigeon pose!!!
