Daily Check-in ANG: Thursday, June 4th

Hey hey ladies,

You know, that meme is so true, at least for me it is. I'm a sweats/shorts & T-shirt kind of gal and having to dress up to go out - even to the store - is making me sigh. And even worse, here in BE it's like it's kind of expected to go out all dressed to the nines just to get some breadrolls!😲

So quick question: Do you change clothes if you need to pop out to the store to get something? Or do you stay in what you're wearing at the moment, well, not your PJ's of course..

On to workouts.. is there some free time in your busy schedules to move those bodies in a sportsy way? I picked two short WO's, an UB with Tasha and some core with Erica. I'm trying to up my weights for OH presses and bic curls and these short workouts are great for it.

Can't find some swift transition to food so I'll just plainly ask: what's for dinner today? I've got some kind of rice dish and hubs has his horrible tongue in Madeira sauce with mash. Ugh, just the idea of eating tongue..🤢

Right, I'm gonna have breakfast, read a bit and get "dressed up" to get some groceries in.
