I’ve been going to write in the chat for a long time but as soon as I am done my workout I get on with my day. I came across fitness blender 4 years ago while searching for workout that had modifications. I came across Fitness Blender with Kelli in a white room doing a workout with a “little” Kelli in the left corner of the screen doing modifications. I thought this was really good! I loved the white room as it was so easy to see all the movements! I quit searching and started with free versions. it didn’t take me long to join FB plus. So the next 4 years I searched, completed all my workout and recorded them. I spent my evenings previewing what workout I would do next! I absolutely love Fitness Blender! All of the trainers are so encouraging, enthusiastic, and give great instructions! Thank you to Daniel, Kelli. Amanda, Kayla, Nicole, Tasha, Erica, Brian, Patrice! You guys are all rockstars in my books. As I am approaching 69 years I have decided to let my membership expire and continue with the free workouts.
