I'm freestyling a bit this week but with a focus on core work and I started with a great pilates workout by Amanda. It's in my favorites mostly because it's a little stinker, I seriously underestimated the effect it had on my arms even with light weights and I guess that's why I like it so much.
Do you have any of those workouts in your favorites that you seriously underestimated but love just because of that? One that seemed easy but darn were you wrong!
We also need to fill our bellies but alas at the moment I've no idea what that'll look like for me. So hit me with yours and I might steal it.. not for today but for tomorrow.. time difference and all...
