Anger can be a good motivator

Current goal: lift heavy, get strong

Reason: small, female, frequently underestimated

Had a guy (at my house, doing work for my husband) ask if I was going to do Pilates. "It looks fun"

No, I'm going to lift weights.

"Oh. The guys and I used to go to the gym to watch girls do Pilates."

That's creepy.

"What?"

I said *that's creepy.*

"No, that makes me a guy"

No, that makes you a creep. (At which point, I put my earbuds back in and did my bench press) Had enough "motivation" to lift a few extra sets today. The contractor left a few moments later.
