Workouts for women - cycle syncing

Hi FB fam!

I am trying to plan my workouts and programs around different phases of my menstrual cycle. I have different energy levels at different times of the month, so I often find myself rescheduling certain program days when I'm around my period and feeling low energy and sluggish.

I would like to create a go-to playlist/tag for PMS so I can still move my body without pushing myself too hard. I would appreciate some suggestions for low intensity strength training, pilates, or generally slow-paced routines that are still energizing.

FB trainers - I would love to see 1 or 2-week programs that can be used during different phases of the menstrual cycle - even a 4 week program that is made specifically for cycle syncing would be so cool!
