Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, May 25th

Happy Monday, my dearies! Who’s ready to kick off another week? 🙋🏽‍♀️ And happy Memorial Day to all of the U.S. Blenders! Technically, it’s a day to honor deceased soldiers, but I know that in some communities they also visit the cemetery to honor *any* deceased relatives. My mom grew up having picnics in the cemetery on Memorial Day! 🤔 Did you ever do this?

Also, thank you, Cynthia and Lea for tag teaming as ghostesses over the weekend- we appreciate it!

Okay, what workouts have we got on the schedule today? I’m going to do the Deload Challenge this week, starting with a core-infused lower body routine:

Dinner? Oh my gosh, with all of the parties we’ve been going to, I’m so tired of food and I may go on a hunger strike. We *are* going to a party today, but it’s taking place between lunch and dinner, so my goal is to not eat anything there unless it’s fruit. Dinner will be Greek pasta salad. What will you be eating today?
