I went for a routine blood test which revealed dangerously low levels of haemoglobin. Got admitted to hospital for a blood transfusion and put on iron supplementation.

Will need to stop intensive exercise for at least the next few months, and see if my anaemia resolves.

I’ve been Blending almost every day for the past 6 years. and will very much miss working out with everyone 😢
