We've finally got some nice sunshine outside here, the forecast is promising us a few days of beautiful temps and my headache is mostly gone. So everything is looking good.
What's not really looking great however is our ghosting schedule, in fact, it's looking kind of empty. Where are all our wonderfull ghostesses? Come on, don't be shy now and give it a try. Just shout out to Coby or myself and we'll fill you in. But for heaven's sake don't feel pressured, if there's no one for this coming weekend I'll just continue... bet that scared you off right?😜

Anyhoo, on to business of the day. Talk to me, what does your movement look like today and what will appear on the table?
I just finished day something of Simply Strong, an UB with Nicole with a cash-in/buy out in the form of... push ups with sh. tap...lovely... (and yes that's sarcasm). I wanted to add on today's scheduled WO but told myself to hold my horses and just keep it at (with? can't remember which one is correct) the one.
We're experimenting with different seafood dishes and so far they've been super delicious. No idea what kind it exactly is for today but I do know we're having mashed potatoes with little grey shrimp mixed into it to go with the fish. Yum!
Okay, I'm sure your cups of coffee are empty by now so I'll let you get ready for whatever it is you've got planned.
