Daily Check-in ANG: Tuesday, May 19th

Dearest ladies,

You know those days when your thoughts are all over the place? When your head is so full of things it's got to remember, to plan, to do? Well, I've got one of those. Thank God for FB so I can at least work out my frustrations.

But then... Brian thought it was really funny to let me do some HIIT today with pop squats, lunges, split jumps and burpees. And despite him telling me how amazing I was, my thoughts were exactly the same as the minion's in the meme.

So, what's on your schedule for today? I know a few of you are/will be doing HIIT as well for Simply Strong - good luck! - but maybe you think a rest day is in order. Whatever it is, I hope you enjoy it.

I know I'll enjoy my appointment at the hairdressers today and not because I like people fussing with my hair but because I'm getting it cut short. I'm so fed up with my long hair that it needs to go.

Anyhoo, this is turning into a serious ramble, so I'll just quickly tell you we're having those sandwiches I wanted yesterday and that I'm dying to know what you're having. Hit me with it!😁
