Hello everyone! It's a holiday here, so it doesn't feel like Monday. Our day is starting cool and rainy, which my garden should enjoy after yesterday's sun and heat. The house is a bit topsy-turvy, so I will stick to functional fitness today, moving things around and doing more gardening. I can still feel yesterday's workout in my core, and yesterday's gardening in my legs... stretching would probably be a good addition later on. Yesterday, I got one-third of my planned gardening done, so I'll see what can happen today. It's so much easier to have the idea of something being done, than to get it done, with all the small forgotten steps in the way. Fortunately for me, today's rain will moderate my ambitions. I'll do some smaller parts of my projects -- small success are still successes! Here's a thought in keeping with all my projects: "The road to success is always under construction." (Lily Tomlin)
