So let's do as the meme says and get this week started. What's on the agenda for today? Will you be getting ready to spend another 22 hours on the ferry like Lea (if I'm correct she's leaving today), drive over to the courthouse to maybe get selected for jury duty (looking at Karen here) or will you be moving your bodies in another way?

I've started week 3 of Simply Strong with a lower body workout in the company of Tasha. Djeez, I can't remember doing that many squats and lunges! I wonder how my legs are going to feel a bit later when I jump on my bycicle to the bakeries.😬

Speaking of bakeries... what's on the menu today? I'm not really sure yet but I fancy some sandwiches, the club sandwich style but then in a crunchy breadroll.
