I’ve been MIA the last few days. Went out of town to a Bluegrass and Bbq festival. One day I got “Lea type steps” in…over 17,000!. The weather was great, the music was great, and most of the food was great. My arm has felt better the last few days than it has in a week or 2…but I didn’t really use it AT ALL! Lol. But I’m still not ready to throw any dumbbells around. But….what are you guys ready for?!?! Tell me please! Ok, ok you twisted my arm (the good one won’t touch the injured one!) I’ll go first. Gk2 has a soccer game at 9a and then that’s about it. I’ll get back to rehabbing this arm thing, get some steps in some body weight lower body things and some listening to audio book while doing so.
Food: idk? I’m hoping for steak. But as always depends on what hubs is feeling, and I’ll either have what he’s having if fits in with my calorie, protein and fiber needs or fix me something else. We’re a 2 completely different meal household. It works.
That’s all I’ve got ladies. Wow me with your weekend plans or lack thereof. I’m off to to hopefully catch up on sleep as I didn’t sleep well the 2 nights we were gone.
