Checking back in...almost out of the first trimester!!!

Hey all! I posted when I first found out I was pregnant at I think 4 weeks and change! I was wondering what good activities to do...SURPRISE. I haven't done anything. LOL. I've been horribly sick, deemed high risk, and mostly in the bed. It's been very very hard. I've actually lost weight during the first tri, which isn't great. BUT! Today I got good news, baby is doing great, and I am on anti nausea meds now and finally can keep stuff down!

SO! Now I think I could actually function again! (somewhat!)

This is my first pregnancy. New to the game!

I'm thinking of starting off REALLY light. I was curious to other mamas, if you took an extended break off, and are getting back into it, um....how did THAT go? lol. I feel SO weak.

I did get permission to exercise as tolerated, but to listen to my body very closely.
