Hello FB friends and happy Sunday! Also, happy Mother’s Day to all the folks who kindly fill the role of mom for so many of us: moms, aunts, sisters, friends, etc. Moms of fur babies count too!

What’s going down in your part of town? Were any workouts slayed? Things cultivated (plants, knowledge, new friendships, etc.)? Tasty foods enjoyed?

Saturday was a stunningly beautiful day and I spent a lot of it poking around the gardens. Our son is coming in late tonight so that we can celebrate Mother’s Day tomorrow, very excited! It’s the Tulip Festival in Ottawa so we’ll likely walk down and take a gander at all the beautiful blooms. Gelato may also be eaten.
