You know those moments when you have to do something and you don't know where or how to start? Well, I've got one of those moments now. I usually think up beforehand what I want to say or how to open the thread but ideas are eluding me right now.
So why not just start with a peek into our ghosting schedule? And I must've been seriously out of it because I notice only just now that Karen will be doing two consecutive weekends. There's still one spot open in May so if you want to give it a go, just shout out to Coby or me. You know the drill by now right?

So, questions of the day:
1) Are/will/did you be moving those bodies today or are you giving it a well deserved/forced rest?
and
2) What's on the menu?
I just finished a deep core workout with Erica for day 4 of SS and I really loved the core part. I even did 3 rounds of it instead of 2, but kept the cardio to 2 though.
For dinner we'll be having "tomate crevette" or "tomaat garnaal" as we call it here, basicly a tomato filled with little grey shrimp. Some mix the shrimp with some mayo before stuffing it in the tomato but that's personal preference. Methinks we'll have that with a crusty roll.
I've also got another flower picture for you. For such mini borders the previous owners planted quite some flowers/plants in it. This one is an Arum, a white one. There's 2 but only one is blooming at the moment.
Okido, I'm off to do some more assembling and unpacking. I'll pop back in later!
