HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group May 5th
Good Tuesday morning.
I started falling asleep at around 7:15pm last night and I’m struggling to get up this morning. I slept fine until about 2am, and then my sleep was broken and filled with nightmares until I finally got up. The last nightmare I remember was like a slasher film, trying to survive being killed by a few crazy maniacs. Wish I could sleep some more, but life calls.
What will your Tuesday be like? I plan to do day 2 of the Just Your Body challenge early this morning, as I have lunch planned with my retired manager and a colleague, and I won’t have time to work out in the afternoon, We had put together a booklet of messages that people had sent me, but it wasn’t ready on time to give it to her during the celebration we had organized for her on April 23rd, so we’ll give it to her today.
Supper will be leftovers, because I have to take David to an appointment at the optometrist after work. The doctor recommended that he pass an eye exam, to rule out any complications from diabetes. And his last exam was two years ago, so he’s due anyway.
