Monday at HKS (with added Pals), May 4th 🛩️

Hello everyone, it's a fly-by check-in from me as I still have to gather my thoughts, pack my bag and head to a nearby city for a conference. Workouts will be bodyweight for sure, mostly stretching and tension relief until I'm home and back to normal Wednesday.

My thought for today is a conscious reframing, since I tend to find our annual big event stressful: "It's such a happiness when good people get together." (Jane Austen) And of course that applies here, too! It's always happiness to see friends on this thread. Wishing everyone a great start to the week.
