Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, May 1st

Shhhhhh, not so loud. It really seems like you’re shouting. Maybe it’s because I just spent two hours in a restaurant with 80 teenagers from the track and field team and I’ve exceeded my capacity to tolerate noise? It was a wonderful time, and now I’d like to be in a soundproof room.

But let’s pretend like it’s Friday morning as I type this, instead of late Thursday night, and I’m well-rested and so are you! What does today hold for you, workout-wise or any-wise?

Since I slept so great 😆, I’m going to attempt the level 5 hiit that I wanted to do yesterday. How do you plan on moving that fabulous body of yours?

And how do you plan to feed it? I’m making pizza for the first time in several weeks- pepperoni and veggie for my guys, BBQ jackfruit for me.
