Hey there Blend Friends! We are taking a break from coffee memes to admire this really cool cloud that my son photographed last night at track practice. It looks like an asteroid or alien vessel flying through the sky!
Speaking of track, this is the last week of practice and the championship meet is this Saturday, marking the end of the season. Whatever shall I do with the extra time?! (Bake bread, probably). What do you like to do when you find yourself with extra time on your hands?
Okay, on to workouts. I’ve got a balance routine for day something of Benchmark, and if I have time before hand I’ll do option two as well, a total body mobility routine with Kayla:
What workouts do you have scheduled for today? More carrying boxes up and down stairs? Racket sports? Or maybe a rest day?
We gotta talk food! What’s for dinner at your place? Breakfast and lunch are good too! I’m having a leftover beef, zucchini, and sweet potato dish I made last night; pork loin and potatoes for my guys.
