Hello everyone, welcome to the HKSPP thread! Please feel welcome to read and to post here, we're always happy to chat.

In my area, the week will start with a beautiful sunny day🌞. I'll be putting my seedlings 🌱🌿 outside for a few hours to soak up the rays. It seems like winter is on its way out for good, though all my gardening references are quick to remind me that our last frost date is, in fact, May 25th.

As for workouts, this will be on Day 2 of Low Impact, Round 3. When this program came out, my back was not in any shape to tackle it, but I'm hoping that now it is. LI R2 was enough of a favorite that I did it four times... maybe R3 will be a new favorite πŸ’– What about you? Any ultra-favorite workouts, challenges or programs you'd like to share?

If none come to mind, then tell me your favorite fruit. Mine varies by season - in winter I adore the sweet clementines🍊, but I'm looking forward to the early-summer strawberries πŸ“ I think πŸ€” the best emoji fruit would be the dragon fruit, though πŸ‰.
