This is sad that there is no programm for people who don't want to train 5/6 days a week.
For many, this is too much. I've done the menopause one, It completly burnt me and I had a crash of two weeks.
Working out all body in resistance twice a week plus mild mouvement the rest of the week can be greatly sufficient to stay strong and healthy.
If this program exist, I will definitly subscribe again. I don't want to hustle my workout, this is a false idea that what working out should always be and bring people to feel like a failure.
