It's Friday, you made it yet again through another week with me. Oh and let me already warn you, the next 3 days you'll probably *hear* me say "last time doing this or that" a lot. So I'll start off with: last time hosting from France for me, next time will be from Belgium.
But enough of that, let's move on to what you came here for: movement and filling our bellies. What's happening on that front?
I found a not yet done with Brian that went sito presto to my favorites. It was low impact, HIIT style (I didn't rush AT ALL), unilateral and you can use one weight for the whole workout if you'd like. I only lowered for the reverse fly's, no way I can do those with 20lbs!
Dinner will be rather unhealthy for the next two days here: snacks in the airfryer. I'll be packing the last of the pantry and kitchen so there won't be a lot of choice left. I hope your dinner will look better than mine, so hit me with what you're having so I can drool.
