What's going on FB??
Today's workout is all about balance, strength, and core control. We’ll be targeting ALL the things today in a short amount of time. Think: lower body + upper body with a nice mix of unilateral/balance work and a spicy core burnout. Expect plenty of stability challenges, controlled tempo work, and movements that really make you focus on form and coordination.
My inspo for this workout was thinking about those days where all you have is a short window of time to move your body and still want to feel accomplished afterward.
This one is a great reminder that workouts don’t have to be flashy or two hours to be effective. All you need today is a set of light-moderate/heavy dumbbells and you'll be in and out in just 20 minutes.
