New FREE Workout: 15-Minute Lower Body Strength + AMRAP

Hi Everyone!

Today's workout is a short and sweet lower body burner: 15-Minute Lower Body Strength Circuit

If you're short on time or looking for something to stack onto another short workout, I'll have you in and out in about 15 minutes!

This routine may be short but it's spicy! First, we tackle a 6-exercise strength circuit targeting all major muscle groups and ending with some controlled tempo squats for one last test (before the finisher).

We finish this workout with a 2-minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) where we add in a dynamic power element to get a little dose of endurance and conditioning for the day!

This routine is a great way to get a lot out of a short amount of time, especially if you push yourself with weight selections 😉
