Gosh, I can't believe it's my last week hosting here in France! Funny isn't it that at first it seems so far away and then suddenly bam! It's the last week and you're trying to get the last things done.
Anyhoo, you're not here to listen to all my woowoo's, on to business, So come on, tell me all about your plans for today. Workouts, dinner, I know there will be food but will you have to do the cooking yourself or someone else? You know the drill right so just go ahead and do what I do.... ramble away..
I'll be freestyling a bit this week, I've scheduled a few short workouts per day and I'll pick whatever I'm feeling in the mood for. Today I've done two short ones with Patrice, an upper and lower body that left me pretty sweaty because of the fast pace.
