Something New Is Coming...

Hey Team,

I’ve been working on something a little different behind the scenes. If you’ve been with me for a while, you know most of what we do leans into heavier weights, HIIT, and pushing ourselves. That’s still a big part of what I do, but it’s not always what everyone needs.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a lot of people who couldn’t train that way. Sometimes it’s joint issues, sometimes it’s injuries, sometimes it’s just where they’re at in life. Not everyone can grab dumbbells, get down on the floor, or move the way a typical workout expects. And that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be training. So I started building something for that.

This new 5-day challenge is focused on simple, controlled strength work. No weights. No floor work. No complicated setups. Just movements you can follow from start to finish without having to figure anything out along the way. Everything is built around staying in the movement, using time and control to create the work instead of relying on load or speed. This is for people who haven’t always felt like typical workouts were built for them.

If getting down on the floor doesn’t feel right, if holding weights isn’t an option, or if most programs feel like you have to constantly adjust just to keep up, this is a different approach. Everything here is designed so you can follow along as is. No guessing, no trying to modify on the fly. Just a way to move that actually fits where you are right now.

That’s honestly one of my favorite parts of being a fitness coach. I get to help people find a way to keep training without forcing something that doesn’t fit.
