Hey all! Welcome to Friday, which means nothing to me because Saturday will be busy with a track meet and a housewarming party. Fun stuff, but no sleeping in.
Do you like to sleep in? I say I do, but really I don’t; I feel like the day is slipping away from me. It’s more that I like to wake up naturally, without an alarm.
I also like trying new-to-me workouts, and today it’s an upper body strength routine with Tasha that I’ve never done.
You’d think I know what we’re having for dinner, since I just went grocery shopping, but nope! I *do* know that we have food! Got any yummy dinner plans? Or maybe a dessert to make me drool?
