Tips for finding what you need

As the site grows, and adds more and more workouts and programs, I somehow find it more difficult to find what I need.

We’ve got multiple menus (why are my favorites in a completely separate section?), a very large set of filters (most of which I don’t use—does anyone search for workouts by calories burned?), and ever-growing list of programs an and challenges.

Am I just too old to use this site now?! The programs and challenges should help, but I’m middle aged and have had multiple injuries and surgeries, so many workouts just won’t work. Should I quit FBand get a membership at the YMCA instead?

How do you all find the workout you need instead of getting bogged down in spending twenty minutes trying to dial in the filters?
