Good day!

How is everyone feeling today?

I called up our old friend Snoopy for a little reminder today.

I went to the gym this morning. It is so quiet there, and everything is available. Maybe I can try doing this once a week. I did a strength workout combined with PT exercises. The great thing about the PT exercises is that they are kind of hard and work your muscles. Add some weights, and you have a really hard workout. It was a bit silly because I forgot to put the insoles or orthotics in my shoes. They felt super strange, so I just took them off.

Despite going to the gym and then home to shower, I was still the first person at work in my area, so I had some quiet time.

DInner is leftover pasta primavera with chicken. The new appliances work very nicely. So far, we are pleased!

Reading and rehanging art in the kitchen/dining/living room tonight.
