I'm looking to schedule my workout for tomorrow. I did the 50 minutes ascending reps lower body with Kelly this morning... and I have a feeling that I'll be actively trying to avoid using my legs to much tomorrow.
So I'm looking for upper body with or without core workout that has as little, bent over elements, as possible.
Oh wise FBlender community! Do you have any suggestions?
