New Workout (Day 5 of Strength x Pilates Hybrid Challenge)! Total Body Functional Strength

Hey everyone! 

If you've been following along this week with my latest 5-day challenge, a Strength x Pilates Hybrid, congrats, you've made it to day 5 (or will shortly)! 🙌🏻 Here's what we've got to wrap up the week:

Total Body Functional Strength

This total body functional strength workout is all about slowing things down and building strength with intention through unilateral (single-side) movements. By working each side independently, you’ll challenge your balance, coordination, and core stability in a way that really highlights and helps correct imbalances. It’s a thoughtful, controlled style of training that carries over into real-life movement, helping you feel stronger and more stable in everything you do.

Sandwiched by a warm up and cool down, we complete 2 rounds of 13 unilateral exercises. You’ll need a mat and a range of weights, but lighter is often better here so you can stay steady and in control. Expect this one to feel a bit more mentally engaging as we focus on alignment, staying centered, and coordinating the upper and lower body. This combo is what makes it so effective!
