FB Postpartum - halfway there! +gratitude

Hello!

I forgot that this program was spread out into 4 weeks with 3 workout days/week and I rescheduled it so that workouts are almost every day, which now puts me halfway through as I just finished day 15.

I must say I LOVE this program as a postpartum mum with history of back problems. Workouts are gentle, functional and focus not only on pelvic floor but also connecting tissues such as glutes, hips and general mobility throughout the spine.
