Our dinner is no surprise, as it’s Tostada Tuesday. Tonight is the night I try beef again for the first time in 4 1/2 years; I’m going to mix a bit of beef with black beans, corn, peppers and seasonings and stuff it into a roasted spaghetti squash. What are you having?
