Monday at HKS (with added Pals), April 13th ☕⚔️☕

Hello everyone, welcome to the Healthy, Kind Support accountability group thread for Monday. All are welcome please feel free to read and to post about your workouts and other healthy concerns. I'm afraid I slept terribly, so your dose of Monday accountability is going to come with extra coffee.

It's the start of a new week, and what looks like a turning point in the season here. 17C today, astonishing! And even beyond the weather, I personally am expecting to have quite a week 😁 I have a new Pilates class starting tomorrow, and I've never been to the community center, so my mind is full of questions. I love the Pilates workouts here on FB and thought it would be a good idea to take a class with a live trainer, get direct feedback. Especially since the trainer is an osteopath and was very good with my upper-body tension. In the meantime, there is today. It might be a rest day, as I have an appointment across town this morning. We'll see. Sometimes I like a short workout later in the day.

Food will definitely be lentil soup, for lunch, and depending how enthused I'm feeling, my options involving cooking would be trout with rice for supper, or I might embark on chicken fricassee. The no-cooking option is fresh tortellini, which is always nice.

I'll just wrap up sending a little positive energy to friends who are going through a lot right now. Take good care of yourself and know that we are wishing you strength 🫂🧡🌺🏵️
