I'm probably taking the risk to shock some people with the pic of my toes. If it's the case, apologies 🙏
This is from yesterday session of Beginner's Mind Yoga Workshop in Paris with Chuck Miller (who needs no introduction for FB yogis, especially Ashtangis). We were working on "finding Samasthiti" everytime. So, feet alignment is super important.
I wanted to make a few pics of me doing "cool shapes" and showing you my triceps baby muscles but I ended up paying more attention to my feet and toes. That got me thinking on how most people are concerned about working out to get abs, bigger biceps, nice glutes or too busy putting make-up on the face, nail polish... You name it. I'm not saying that's bad. You do you.
But just curious... how many of us take the time to really pay attention to our feet/toes? Giving them more space (wider toe box)? Doing some toes workout (picking towel or something small from the floor using the toes)? Showing them some love (gentle foot massage)? Our feet are our foundation 💙
• Upper: toes chilling out
• Middle: toes "flexing" just like people are flexing their biceps. But I realized my toes look like they have cramps 🤪
• Below: silly me trying to create "like" emoji with my big toes 😁
Those really are my own toes as they are. No filter, no AI generated images. Don't believe me? Check out a couple of more pics below 😃
Warning ⚠️ not so cute foot pic inside
Hey FB folks!
