For the past 6 months or so I've been in physiotherapy for a shoulder injury. My daily 30 minutes of specific shoulder exercises have been a bit monotonous at times but I've well aware of the idea that discipline is more important than motivation so have stuck with it.
Now that I'm feeling much better I've started back with a couple of Fitness Blender routines but with some slight modifications so that I don't cause myself any problems. It's good to be back!
