Reporting on my progress I just finished the first week of FB Postpartum and I already feel improved mind-body connection, fewer body aches, especially while tending to my little one, and better sleep. Im also going on stroller walks every day - my son loves to sleep in a stroller, so its a nice and quiet time for me. 😆 Yesterday I even did a walking workout to assess my current capabilities. Lets just say Ill stick to low impact for a while and thats perfectly fine. Looking forward to lifting weights again! and of course HIIT but that will come later on.
