Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, Apr 8th

Howdy everyone,

All good at your end? All well here, I'm slurping on my cup of tea, have just read for about an hour and am ready now to tackle my day which will involve admin and yep, you guessed it some packing.

Before I get to that however fill me in on your workouts and such.

For me it was day 17 of S&S, a short-ish barre inspired walking WO with Erica. What's on your calendars?

We've made a little week menu so it should be diced paprika marinated chicken and veggies in the wok with rice but as we know that might change. Which brings me to today's food question:

*Do you stick with what you had originally planned to make for dinner or does it mostly turn into something totally different?*

So, I think I've got most things covered. I'll leave you with a picture of the cardigan I've finished. I love the color, it fits nicely (size M) but I guess I could've gone with an S. It was supposed to have buttons but it wouldn't look nice since it's already kind of baggy.
