"You can do hard things"

Ever since I first heard this, I believe, during one of Amanda's videos, it pops into my head with everyday things, and I think it has kind of changed my life.

I almost constantly have a lot of anxiety with a lot of things, to the point that it disrupts parts of my life. My anxious nature is also largely why I work out at home. Fitness Blender has been a lifesaver for me for years! Literally, don't know what I would have done without them.

When the time comes that I have to overcome my anxiety, whether it's something like going to the store, having tough conversations, or just trying to get what I need to do done, I hear, "you can do hard things", and everything feels a little less stressful. Almost like the weight of being overwhelmed drops, motions feel more fluid and life feels less heavy. Reminds you of dropping those weights during some trainings doesn't it? 😉 (another thing FB tries to teach us, how it's ok to drop the weights when you need to)

I just wanted to share :) It was something that I realized yesterday when I was saying it to myself over and over- just to try and get my research paper done 😅 (yay college in your 30's!) But I think it's pretty incredible how a simple phrase can have such an effect on mental well-being, and I encourage anyone who may deal with the higher levels of anxiety to try to take those mantras into everyday life.

It is amazing how FB can have such an impact that goes beyond workouts! They're really out here trying to improve our bodies and our minds!!
