Monday at HKS (with added Pals), April 6thπ₯±π§Άππͺπππ
Hello everyone, welcome to the start of a new week! This is the Healthy, Kind Support accountability group, and all are welcome please feel free to read and to post about your workouts and other healthy concerns. I just had another glorious night of sleep, to cap the four-day weekend π₯±π but now I'm up. Sharing a nice morning thought from Marcus Aurelius, it is indeed precious to be up and ready to enjoy the day.
Then I'll come in for breakfast. We've got fresh breadπ I baked last night, and today I'll finally make the granola for which I dehydrated applesπ a couple weeks ago. It was my first try at dehydrating apples, and they're delicious. Crisp and sweet and tart, I can hardly wait to taste the homemade granola with them.
Are you enjoying a restful holiday Monday, or are you already back to into the swing of your everyday doings? This being an accountability thread I especially want to hear about your workouts -- I find some good ones here π

(Silly thought for the pals, belowπ§Ά).
It's time to get on with my workout. I have a fun combination of upper-body workouts today. One is the first FB workout I ever did, which I think is the original FB better posture workut https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/better-posture-workout-exercises-to-improve-posture-and-prevent-hunched-shoulders and the other is Kelli's tank top arms workout https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/tank-top-arms-workout-arms-chest-back-and-shoulders πͺ. I'll probably add Kayla's mobility stick warmup π, that one seems to do a lot of good keeping the tension away from my shoulder blades and so forth.
