Happy to see you all here again on this Easter Monday! I'm sure your weekend was as great as mine especially while in the company of our wonderful ghostess Karen. A big thank you Karen for keeping us entertained! I hope you had a blast at P's party.
Okay, on to business.. Workouts, how are those coming along for you? That is, if you're doing any of course. Week 3 of Step & Sculpt for me started with a 48 min walking workout with Kayla, a bit of a mix of BW and optional light weights. I kept it in the 3lbs range as I know what's coming tomorrow (I swapped the original for some Tasha torture)
Now I know some of you might still be full of yesterday's yummie dinners but we've still got to think of something to eat today. If you're lucky like me you'll have some leftovers. Here's it's Belgian stew, some mash and braised chicory. Hubs made a bunch so easy peasy.
And since we're talking food and it's Easter Monday, I've got a quick egg related food question for you. For those who eat them:
*Eggs sunny side up: do you keep the egg yolk whole or do you break it?* I'm the latter, I smash the thing.😆 As always feel free to skip the question.
Okay, enough rambling for a Monday, I'm off to do a bit of reading before resuming the packing. The end is nearing....
