All right, on to workouts. What will it be for you today? I have no idea what I’m going to do. Maybe some core work? I want to start a program, knowing it will probably take me quite awhile as I wean off of these meds and have days of not feeling so great. At any rate, will you be working up a sweat? Or maybe it’s a recovery day?

Dinner is spaghetti and garlic bread, of course. Thrill me with your meals, make me drool! What are you having?
